Robin's early career was spent as a senior Human Resources specialist in the public and private sectors.
His interest in psychology and the development of people deepened and he consequently qualified as a practising, consulting psychologist via doctoral research in Applied Psychology at Cranfield University. During the last 15 years he has worked closely with a wide range of blue chip and international businesses in organisation redesign, recruitment support, building international or 'remote' teams, director led executive coaching, assessment, leadership development, succession and culture change. Throughout this period he has taken many of his own, research based ideas and developed them into leading edge, change management models and executive development tools. His specific focus in on one of the least well managed aspects of change management - the recognition and development of human capital in rapidly changing business environments.
