Roy's career has spanned production, project, procurement, sales & marketing and people management. He has been the Managing Director of companies in the computer software and electronics manufacturing industries.
For the past eight years he has been helping organisations adapt and prosper in today's fast changing business world, by developing Manager's leadership skills and genuine high performance team working. He has worked with medium and large sized national and international organisations in the manufacturing, retail, chemical, healthcare, charity, construction, defence equipment, aviation, computing, electronics, insurance and food production sectors. His particular focus and interest is in developing the capability of people throughout an organisation so that highly focused teams can continuously improve the service provided to customers. Roy is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers. He also has an Accountancy qualification.
