Janet's speciality is HR management. Her particular expertise is in developing HR strategy followed by its practical implementation. She has worked both directly for, and consulted in Blue Chip organisations, as well as assisting medium size companies in improving their HR management.
She has successfully started and run her own HR consulting business and is also a Director of HR Partners Ltd, the Suffolk based business that offers professional HR management services to medium size organisations. Her skill is in leading organisations and their managers through the process of introducing and managing HR processes and solution that are right for the organisation and which improve their management of people, and hence their business. Over the last 7 seven years she has worked with a range of large and small organisations in both public and private sectors. Janet is a member of the Chartered institute of Personnel and development, and completed her MBA in 2002.
